Experience and Expertise:
I co-founded Easy Waste Management and bring 8+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling a waste management company from the ground up. I didn’t come from the waste industry. I learned it by doing the work myself.
In the early days, I was involved in everything: operations, routes, customer issues, equipment, and figuring out how to keep the business running day to day. Over time, that experience turned into leading teams, building systems, and scaling a company in a very capital-heavy industry.
Personal Story:
My journey started early. I dropped out of high school at 16 and began working in my uncle’s distribution warehouse. I treated that job like it was my own business, and that mindset never left me. By the time I was 23, I was already running multiple businesses and managing teams.
Easy Waste Management started with four friends and a big idea. None of us had experience in the waste industry. We had no office and no real infrastructure. We worked out of our homes, parked trucks in our driveways, cleaned bins ourselves at coin-operated car washes, and finished long days by hauling waste to the dump.
It was hard, dirty work, and there was nothing glamorous about it. But we believed in what we were building.
We self-funded the business so we could stay in control of our vision, even when growth was slow and difficult. Over the years, ownership has changed, and today one of the original co-founders and I co-own the company.
Today, I’m proud of how far we’ve come and the team we’ve built. I believe success comes from consistency, discipline, and doing the work every single day. There’s no shortcut.
